Sunwest distributes funds to investors and creditors

December 20, 2010 - Chief Restructuring Officer Clyde Hamstreet and Receiver Michael Grassmueck announce that Sunwest will make the first distributions to investors and unsecured creditors pursuant to the Distribution Plan filed and approved in the company's SEC receivership case.  Investors and creditors are expected to recover a significant portion of their investments.
